Key Lime Pie Mojito
This is a riff on Brazilian Lemonade (which is apparently called Swiss Lemonade in Brazil - go figure). I add fresh mint and cachaca

Ingredients
- For the limeade:
- 3 limes
- 2 cups water
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- Alcohol:
- 2oz cachaça or white rum
- Garnish
- mint sprig
- lime slice
Directions
Cut the limes into 8ths. Add to a blender along with 1 cup of water. Blend until pulp.
Pour into a cocktail mixer. Clean down the blender, then strain the lime mixture back into the blender using a Julep Strainer or fine mesh.
Add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of ice, ⅓ cup sugar and 3 tbsp condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
Fill a high ball glass with ice. Pour in 2oz of cachaça. Fill to the top of the glass with the limeade. Stir with a long cocktail spoon to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime slice.
Notes
Makes enough limeade for at least 4 or 5 mojitos
