Melissa's Mediterranean(ish) Lamb Wraps

Ingredients
- For the Lamb:
- 1lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tsp ground cumin seed
- 1 tbsp harissa powder
- 1 tbsp Penzeys roasted garlic powder
- 1-2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the wraps:
- 6-8 flour tortilla wraps
- Tatziki
- crumbled feta
- 1 red pepper, sliced and diced
- hot sauce (optional) (preferably GUHB)
Directions
Put the onion and lamb in medium hot skillet. Cook over medium-high until the lamb has released all it's fat. Using the pan lid, pour off the fat.
Add the herbs and spices, continue to brown the meat until well done. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Assemble wraps combining the lamb, Tatziki, crumbled feta cheese and a slice red pepper, tomatoes and other sandwichy veggies. Douse with GUHB if ya got it.
